How to get help
There’s one person behind CF Ready. When you write, your email reaches whoever wrote the code, and the reply is typed out by hand.
Write to us
We answer in English or Italian. There’s no number to call and no chat: everyone comes through here.
Have a look in the app first
In your Shopify admin, the Help and FAQ page covers what the app checks and how it behaves when things get awkward: foreign billing, store pickup, accelerated checkouts. It also shows how to go back through the guided setup. We update those answers with the app, so they’re never out of step.
From there you also get a link that opens your mail app with your store’s technical details already written in. It’s the quickest route: we know straight away which store you mean, and you don’t have to go looking.
What actually helps
- Your Shopify store domain.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- The error code, if the app showed one.
- Roughly when it happened.
Don’t send us your customers’ data. Tax codes, PEC addresses, orders, addresses: we don’t need them to work out a problem, and we’d rather not have them. Nor passwords or access keys, which we’ll never ask you for.
How long we take
We usually reply within one or two business days. That’s a commitment we make in good faith, not a contractual guarantee.
If it’s blocking your checkout, say so in the subject line: whoever has sales stopped goes first.
Found a vulnerability?
Please don’t write about it in public, and don’t put exploitable details in an ordinary email. The SECURITY.md file in the repository explains how to proceed, what to include and when you’ll hear back.
If you’d rather use email, write to cfready@icloud.com saying in the subject line that it’s a security report, and without attaching merchant or customer data.
